I withdraw most of my statement. a staff member *did* mention how he got to my previous issues within an hour. I also didn't know a lot of this forum isn't paid.
My issue is apparently being looked at right now - by you Henning, I believe.
Thanks for the clarification from you guys. I now understand how threads may slip through, especially seeing as most of this is free support. In the end, I guess I was worried you guys didn't quite care. I stand corrected.
