Template manager error when opening a template

First of all, thanks for your attention.
I'm facing the error below at the administrator joomla site:
PHP Warning: Invalid CRT parameters detected in E:\home\djadrianor\Web\libraries\joomla\utilities\date.php on line 250
It appears when I click on template manager then rt_momentum_j15, but the site itself is opening fine as far I could see.
I have followed the tutorial instructions and I have deployed the rocket theme launcher of momentum template.
I'm a SAP Abap programmer then I'm not used to perform programs for web, but I like it and I'm trying it as well
Could you please give me some tip and tricks in order to solve that problem?

Here are the environment's version.
Windows Server 2008
MySQL 5.1
PHP 5.2
Joomla 1.5.25
demo.rockettheme.com/joomla/momentum/
The whole site and administrator site are working fine, excepted the template manager.
I've already tried to install again without launcher data, using the bundle pack etc... but it was without success.
