apply link color from template to items in custom css

  • apply link color from template to items in custom css

    • Hi. Is there a way to make the custom css file linked to the color value seting in the template. If yes,
can it be connected in a way that it uses the override value if changed?

      Thank You

    • Uhm, you want to be able to change the link colour from the template backend and you want those changes to be written to your custom CSS file?

      That makes no sense :cheesy:

I would just add the a {color: blue;} or something like that to the custom CSS file and move on.

    • I will give you an example: I am using RokMiniEvents and I totally redesigned it. In my site I have 3 overrides for different departments, and each has it's own link color. The RokMiniEvents is showing on all 3 overrides and I need the links color in it to get the right value for every override. I know I can set a class and continue from there, or set another module appearance for every override, but if there is a way to make a connection between them automatically, it can be very nice...
