Parts of my website still think it's local

Okay, so I'm pulling my hair out at this point because it seems like every time I turn my head I'm having another issue with my website. I moved my website from a local server to a published server and I believe some parts of my website seem to think that it's still local.
Just a few issues I've been having:
-White page on mobile devices: www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=60...89776&rb_v=viewtopic
-Chronoforms not working properly: It spits back this error "Constant DS already defined in C:\wamp\www\osi\components\com_chronoforms\chronoforms.php on line 11"
-Random PHP errors showing up in the back-end: You'll see upon logging in
I need this fixed ASAP, I am willing to pay someone if need be to log in and take a look at the back-end to make sure I have it setup properly.
Please don't reply to this message telling me to upgrade this or that, I want a professional to respond who is willing to login to review over my settings.

Hi Michael,
The problem will be that Joomla 2.5/3.0 retain some paths in the database and caching.
I always use Akeeba to backup a site and then use the Akeeba Kickstart to load it to a new server. It rarely has any problems when doing this. Akeeba knows which paths to edit and restore without all the fuss.

The problem I have with that is I've already made a lot of modifications to the website and it would be even more of a hassle to make those changes locally then backup and restore to the server again.
