Hi Guys!
I am new to Rockettheme and am very keen to get going with my new project which consists of a Joomla commercial site and a seperate phpBB forum. I'm using the Lummiere theme in both cases.
My problem is that however much I tried over and over my experience in attempting to install the Joomla and phpBB themes just does not correspond with the installation tutorials. The files refered to does not exisit in the Joomla installation or my rockettheme downloads.
I find this rather confusing and am quite desperate to get my project going as I have a deadline on Monday.
Can anyone please explain to me what files (including the supporting software) are suppose to go into which folders so that I can get on with the job of setting up and creating my site.

I tried to install the .zip folder here:
This is the bundled template package for Lumiere that you install into Joomla - Admin → Extensions → Extensions Manager. It contains both the template and the Gantry library.
...But I get this message:
There was an error uploading this file to the server.

- I've tried every thing I can think of but I cannot get the template installed. Please guys, is there anybody out there that can give me some advice? I have followed the installation instructions for the Lumiere Template for Joomla but no luck....where can I get support? Is there anybody out there?

just as a note, if you want to add more info to your own topic before any of our team members has responded, it's better if you edit your first post, because with multiple replies your thread does no longer appear in our 'view unanswered posts' queue and might not get a reply.
it seems that your server upload is limited by time or file size, best if you contact your host to request that they increase the values.

But make sure that you have installed RokBB5 and that Allow PHP in templates is enabled. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
A template is only as good as the content that goes into it

If you have an upload limit. You can unzip the standalone package and upload /rt_lumiere to the /templates directory on your server.
Then go to Extensions → Extensions Manager → Discover and install the template through that route. - James Spencer / Developer & Support / Hull, UK

I have tried all the suggestions but still can't get it figured out. I have decided to purchase Premier Support and submitted a request for my templates and accompanying files to be installed.
