    ximenia template error with VM2

Posted 12 years 1 month ago
    • I'm using Virtuemart 2.0 Custom Field /Product Attribute Dropbox Plugin, and everything works fine.. Except the template is not reading the html right, like for example, on html its <strong>$7.00</strong> and on my site its also displaying <strong>$7.00</strong>.
i was expecting it to run the html and get the $7.00 to be displayed bold but the <strong> tag is also being displayed and not getting it bold.

any Idea why the template is doing this? i check the VM furom for the plugin support and they said its on the template that im using, since i'm the only one who's having this issue.

    • You didn't say which template do you use 8) VM has it's own template so maybe it's own template is creating that issue? Did you try to use default Joomla template to see if plugin works then?

    • I'm sorry i forgot to note which template.. rt_ximenia_responsive that's the template we're using. and yes i already tried default joomla template but still having the <strong> tag displayed. i guess it would be better if you can see it live.. here's the link turnonled.com.au/index.php/shop-online/5...6-12leds-gu10-detail and see the Select Wattage: dropbox option so you can see the <strong> tag i'm talking about..

      Thanks in advance

    • Well, if this "issue" is visible in default Joomla template then you will have to edit VM template to fix this and I am afraid we can't provide such service
