HTML in Module Titles

- Hello,
  
  Why do module titles with HTML like Spans work on the Rocket Launcher, but when I try to use them on my site, they just show the code instead of the actual parsed HTML?
  
  My settings seem to be the same, I must be missing a plugin or a template setting?
  
  This is going to be a simple answer, I'm sure, but I can't find it by searching the forums.

- Chapelco uses things like this in several module titles:
  Gantry [span class="hidden-tablet"]Extras[/span]
  
  I have seen this in other templates, so I posted in the general forum in hopes it could help others with a different template.

- That is what I thought, as I remembered using it before.
  
  I have RokCandy installed - why does it not work for me?
  What else do I need to do to get it to work?
