Path to template files wrong and site is broken

I'm trying to reinstall a backup of an old site so the client can see the old files here
174.120.139.83/~vanilla
But when you view the source, the paths to the template files point to the live vanilla.com site. See below. I do not want that. I want them pointing to the IP address.
The configuration file is correct:
var $live_site = ' 174.120.139.83/~vanilla ';
I can't find any other settings anywhere to point those files in the right direction. How do I do that?
Here's what's there now. You can see paths like this: www.vanilla.com/joomla/templates/rt_chromatophore_j15/
when they should be:
174.120.139.83/~vanilla/
or /~vanilla/

Use Akeeba backup for site migrations. If that doesn't work for you, please ask the same question in official Joomla forum since this is really not related to our templates or extensions at all

Really Igor? This isn't theme related? I thought it was because all the generic joomla paths are correct like this:

The only ones broken are theme ones like this:

I am afraid that from the beginning of 2013 we no longer can provide support for J1.5 related issues. This has been clearly announced in our blog more than 1 year ago
