IE issues with iframe

Hi,
I'm having some issues with my site when viewed in IE. I have an online shop on an external site which opens in an iframe wrapper on a page in my Joomla site. This works fine with Firefox and Chrome but on IE the shop appears, but when an item is selected and the user clicks the checkout button the widow resets the cart and does not go to the checkout. This only happens in IE and it does not happen when you go directly to the online shop.
Specific page is www.gdsf.co.uk/index.php/online2 and standalone page for shop is www.gdsfshop.co.uk
As an alternative, if this proves to be a major issue, is there a simple way to detect when a user is using IE and direct them to the standalone page? I would prefer the interrelated one to work, but really need a solution that works on all browsers.
