Which Responsive template for Video on IOS & Android?

Hi
I'm looking for a template that has good responsive functionality on IOS and Android that can easily play videos.
Currently a Joomla member but don't mind joining Wordpress also if required.
Is the ability to play video easy and standard functionality?
The Voxel demo for example has RokVideo which plays the Thor movie trailer fine on a PC but fails miserably on IOS and Android. IOS greys out the whole screen and does nothing. Android spins the busy icon and does nothing.
I'd like a good template that reads well on all devices and presents videos in articles where required.

Using an Xperia Z for testing with 4.2 Jelly Bean which I think has dropped Flash support so need HTML5 or whatever video same as IOS.
Does youtube detect device / browser type and play correct version automatically?
Anyone got any live demo sites with good responsive functionality and videos I can check out?
