I'm trying to download a Joomla template and it keeps telling me, "You didn't have the correct subscription to view that page." I have download many templates in the past and my subscription doesn't run out until June.
I sent in a support ticket but being that it's Saturday how long am I going to have to wait. I was planning on working on this site this weekend. I don't want to lose an entire weekend because of this. Any advice?
I tried that. I even tried logging in with a different browser. The problem seems to be that it's showing 15 entitlements when in fact half those websites don't even exist anymore and it's still counting against me. I was forced to spend $60 for 3 new entitlements just so I can get working on this project. I hope rockettheme refunds me that $60 or I will be looking for a new source of joomla templates when my sub runs out in June.
Well, I already paid the $60 for the extra 3 entitlements and was able to download it. My concern at this point is getting refunded or having the $60 applied towards a renewal in June.
