      Is there a way to turn 960 grid templates to full 100%? I want my site to be accessible through all the resolutions even 800 x600 is this possible?

      Not really. You could edit all the css to percentages but then as soon as someone uses a phone or tablet you won't see a thing. It also means that on very large screens your content will be too wide. Perhaps even having paragraphs display on a single line.

      You would be better off using one of the responsive templates.
