Graffito WordPress Menu - Please Help!!!!

Hi,
I just recently decided to build my own website. I had no idea what I was getting into. At first I thought it would be incredibly hard. Then I realized that it wasn't as hard as I thought. After a few hours trying to figure everything out I again realized, that this is pretty hard -- for us noobs.
I figured out the site map after I downloaded my my theme. I decided to start at the top of the page of my site and work my way down. All I am trying to do is get my site to look exactly like demo. The problem is I can't even figure out how to get the menu in the header, which I believe is called the Fusion Menu, to look pop up. I want a navigation bar with drop down options but nothing seems to be working. I've watched video's off of Youtube but everyone's setup seems different than mine.
Of course a quick fix would be the existence of a preset that will just load the positioning for all the widgets. Is that even posssible? I can obviously change the text.
