Hello
I setup RokBooster plugin, Gzip Page Compression enabled but for some reason it's not loading the CSS properly, I can see in the source code that javascript and CSS both Compressed.
Any ideas?

That is most likely what the issue is.

Did you make sure you cleared the files after you changed the permissons to the 644 setting? Just changing the setting is not always enough.
My guess on this is because the CSS and JS are the only files written by RokBooster and these are the only files not loading for you.
