Why is IE10 creating havoc on this site?

I have had several people tell me that the website that has not changed in almost a year, as far as layout goes, that in IE10 the site falls apart. I have tried different Doctypes but nothing seems to work. Any idea on how to go about fixing this? All my modules are up to date.

- Simply using <p> tags as opposed to using <br> tags does not explain why the images are not showing up or that all the text for each slide is all showing up at the same time. Nor does this explain why there is no content in the tabs.

I have now noticed the problem with IE10 goes away if you are logged into the site. This is really baffling to me now. Please use the login UN=rocket PW=rocket1234 to see what I mean.
Would really like some help with this. Really needs to be fixed.
