Ok, Got it, very simple actually and will just put it here for other dumb people like me!
simply create a module, for your access database, just as u will do any other, and paste all of the contents of the access_to_mysql.txt file,
then create a macro calling for the function, defined in the module, which will be Runcode export mysql(), then run your macro, make sure the debugger is off, and also make sure that you check the code to specify the dump file any where on your pc for it to work!
And the job is done easy and fast! So programmers, do your table with Access if you feel like, convert them to an mysql code, edit the rather raw and crude code generated by this function, copy it to your xml component install file, and your sorted, not breaking your head trying to sort out mysql syntax on the xml file for your joomla component install.
Hehe, one funy thing is i posted this topic on the forum and ran to google and did a google search for 'how to use access_to_mysql.txt' and imediately rockettheme showed up, wow... kool to get more hits on the forum, u shud be having some amazing SEO for this site shuuuuuuuu
