    • A decent free one is found at NVU.com

      it's cross platform so make sure you get the right download for your OS....

    • NVU are Free and Dreamweaver are another some cost.

      Dreamveaver are very good at sync with Fireworks .

    • Visual studio basic does alright and its free from microsoft. It does not have syntax highlighting for php as far as I know...
