Anyone know where the css for the front end editing tabs are?

Having problems with front end editing tabs, tinymce works fine, black text white background, gone so far as to set up editor_template.css to tackle this. But something seems to be wrong with the template and the boxes of tabs that appear under the text editor bit have a white background and white text.
I checked the background in pshop and apparently its FCFCFE so I did a search of the entire sites code for that colour.... and nothing!
When I switch templates its all fine, but this template I have played around with loads everything is fine except this!
Any advice much appreciated although its kinda stretch from RocketTheme stuff the template's are fantastic!

- I figured in the end, it was a problem with the actual index.php file of the template, the default colour had not been changed from white, therefore if a style sheet had not been defined it would turn to white... silly silly me. Thanks anyway to anyone who read the thread and thought about helping, I hope this helps someone else someday!
