Character set problem maybe? ???

Also take a look on joomla.org at this thread: forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic,240530.0.html
and look for others with same problem....
Any Code/DB Gurus out there should/need to take a look at this ......
I think it has something to do with joomla using native latin character set VS using utf8 in DB but I am not sure...
It might be helpful if you could maybe post some more details on when this started happening etc.... - Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
