SQL Error When Installing Rocket Launcher for Simplix

When installing the rocket launcher I got all the way to step 2 when I was supposed to name my site, and got this error message:
Enter the name of your Joomla! site:
Looks like there have been some errors with inserting data into your database!
You cannot continue.
Does anyone know how to get around this?
