Joomla Overrides problem

Hi guys!
I am not sure if this has anything to do with your templates or even if this is the right discussion - hope it is...
I noticed a strange problem today on my JOOMLA test site that I deployed on my localhost - THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS ERROR IS HAPPENING...
So, I want to create a new override and after I click on the entry field I get:
Please wait while the cache is recreated.
After less that a minute a get a blank page with a new popup widnow saying:
Error while performing an Ajax request.
Could anybody tell me whats the problem?
I am using your templates all the time - and I am doing the test site for the first few changes allways on my localhost - but this is the first time that this happened.
I am using the Anacron template. I also tried to update JOOMLA to 3.4.1 but the problem is staying....

- Its hard to debug this when we don't see it try clearing your cache and Joomla cache and gantry cache and see if it appears again, also try it in different browser!
