Super Slow Site Load

Hey I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I use the colormaitc template for one site and the replicant template for a subdomaine. Everything ran fine until one day the colormatic site started running and loading super slow both at the start and loading other pages in the site, while the replicant subdomaine site seems to run fine. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could make the site load so slowly all of the sudden? Here are the sites - you can see what I mean.

www.revivalarmy.com/outreach/ I let load for 110 seconds and it was still loading when I switched tabs and thus lost count of the loadtime. Your background image is 166 KB which is pretty fat and the larger sized images in rokflow would effect the loading time I would think. Have you compressed the large images that open in rokflow to make them as small a file size as possible and yet still retain enough quality? - Last Edit: 17 years 4 months ago by Bob Ateah.

wow.. you have HUGE images on there. it's not just the bg image, but your image in the RokFlow module are all fullsize. You really need to make somethumbnails of that. To illustrate, here's a diagram of your pageload as produced by safari3's great web inspector.
Not the bottom, where it says the total transfer size is 8.013MB!!! For your homepage. 7.809MB is images..
Only takes me about 3.8s on my 10MB cable, but i can undertand why some folks find the page a slow loader.
