Which template would work best for me

I'm a new RocketTheme member, and fairly new to Joomla as well. I want to pick a template that meets most of my needs and would be the easiest to tweek. Here's what I want:
1. Clean design with a minimum of graphics.
2. Ability for user to change font size and page width (love that!)
3. Left and right columns
Looking at what's available, I'm leaning towards either SnowFire (would want to change picture below top bar) or PixelPerfect (would want to change logo to a smoother and larger font). Which would be easiest to modify, or is there another template that would work better? One site I really like is www.ijoomla.com - they used one of your templates called pixellette, but I don't know if that was a custom design, as it's not on your site.
