I'm experiencing really slow loading of my new site in the browser. As the site loads I can see the following at the bottom of the page:
xx items remaining -downloading (with xx being an ever decreasing number)
I take it that this is normal with joomla (or not). This happens on every page. Is there a way to speed up the loading of the site pages. This is the site URL:

I have caching set to yes in the global config. Is there anything else I can do to improve the speed that each page loads at?

- It's not normal.. Your site is a bit slow, but not excessively for me. Are you on a shared hosting environment? You have to understand that the demo content for mediamogul is quite extensive because we're showing off every possible thing the template has got. it's probably not a good indicator for 90% of the sites out there. If you turn off the extraneous modules and stuff, and just focus on the bits 'you' need, you'll find it will be much faster.
