Hi,
I am a guy with no previous web designing experience and while I signed up for rockettheme.com club I thought these templates would be sooo very easy to edit and I'll be online with my new website in minutes. But what I have to come realize is that you need to know all about php programming before you can get started. What I had in my mind was a simple GUI which would help me edit all I want from the template and won't have worry about programming aspects for example like Dreamweaver.
I welcome your comments on my situation.

I have just installed complete Abode CS3 Premium package and tried opening the Dimension Template's index.php file in Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, all it gives me is "code" code and code.

Do you have Joomla CMS installed on your web server?

Are you aware that the templates are designed for Joomla www.joomla.org which is basically a web package for those who don't know anything web Smiley
Once joomla is installed you really do not need to know any coding.... - Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

- Yes I have installed it. And I've also installed dimension template on it. Now what do I do? How can I modify the whole template to my own needs? What if I don't want the home page exactly as provided?

Ah, you are going to have to dive into the code at some point and/or edit the graphics using the source files in Fireworks. There really is no "simple" way to do that sort of thing.

I agree. You really need to read up on at least the basics of the CMS, and work out what it can do for you.
