Moved directory of site...lost css formatting...

Yea- It was as you said. The files did move appropiately and I did them myself, but then had to go back into the config php file and change the settings manually. The funny thing was that somehow in line 25 where it says:
$mosConfig_fromname = 'Chang Lee\'s Martial Arts';
- from the "\" back, the syntax was wrong...not sure what happened but the redirect page told me it was line 25, so I copied the old config from working site, changed the settings again and now it's golden.
It is funny that somehow my perception of doing things on a shell level were of a higher expectation. It was as if I had ftp'd things myself and had files lost...I actually did it twice myself for all the files to take.
