Built this for a team of real estate agents using the Modern Business template. The clients chose this template for its fresh, yet elegant design, after viewing around 100 templates from competing template design sites.
I modified the rotating header to use the JPG Flash Rotator (no more IE problems with the Java rotator!), used the Expose flash gallery for their photography, and made other slight modifications to the CSS. I used the random image module to separate the left-side menus system for a nice dynamic effect.

BTW, this is my first Joomla website! Took some time to get used to the backend, but wow, what a powerful CMS.
