  • RokBox Gallery not showing

    • Hi my Rokbox gallery is not showing on my pages anymore - i updated my roket extensions and now it does not work

      I created a gallery and added the module to the page but it simply does not show?

      some info
      PHP Version 5.5.28

    • Are you sure the RokGallery module is assigned to the correct menu page? Did you correctly "tag" your images to the RokGallery module your using?

      Would you please create a Super Admin login for me and place it in the SECURE part of your Reply

      Also you should never leave your DEBUG on as it can cause issues with your site. It ONLY should be on when debugging.

      Its hard to say whats happening on your site. With RokBox2 you shouldn't set your Link Type to "Link to RokBox1 Full Image" but rather RokBox2. Then I reinstalled RokGallery and that didn't help. I see that you need FTP in Joomla to perform certain functions so maybe you have an ownership or permissions issue.

      One last thing you can try, the Tags you use for a selected Gallery in your RokGallery module - try to avoid spaces between words, dashes "-" are fine. Sometimes RokGallery gets tripped up with that.
