Font size change in Xenon Joomla template

Hello
I am looking at the way to change the global zize of the font in Xenon template.
I found that the first location which relates to font size definition is in media/gantry5/engines/nucleus/css-compiled/nucleus.css (line 12)
but if I decrease the % of html {font-size .....} then the size of everything is decreased -page size, images, etc etc)
Is there a way to manage easy things as in the old days ?? : fontsize, h1, h2, p, li ....
For now, I can't deliver the web site since the origibal font size is not appropriate.
BTW, i need -but did'nt find- a change sizer particule or module

There are several ways you can add custom CSS into Gantry 5:
On the Base Outline or Per Outline Level:
Page Settings > Assets
Page Settings > Atoms

or at a global custom file level
