    • Hello, I have been fighting of the spam and wanted to implement Captcha. I have it turned on and now when I go to Register on my Magento Website no Captcha is showing up.

If I go conintue and try to register I get an error No Captcha.

Can you you me to get this working correctly? Have I missed something with the setup?

Make sure your website scope is correct and you've got the Forms selected where you want it to appear.

There's nothing in the Theme that I'm aware of that would be overriding the default Magento output on your Customer Register page

    • Matt, thanks for the quick response. I have review the documentation that you provided.

I have provided an images that show what I have configured and what the registration page looks like.

Please let me know if you see something that I have overlooked.

If I am unable to get this working what could be a next step for me...paid for support? I will look forward to an update.

      Thanks

    • Our Premier Support is limited to our products and this is a Magento Core issue.

Make sure your Configuration Scope is correct in the upper left there of your first screenshot, for the website you're working on.

Try selecting all the Form options and see if you can get the Captcha to appear anywhere.

Always disable your cache when developing your site

You can turn on Template Path Hints to see what PHTML file is responsible for generating that frontend output... it should be a Magento core file... if it's a 3rd party file/directory contact the developer of the extension

Beyond that I'd recommend hitting the Magento Forums or Stack Exchange for assistance
