Blank Screen- Any Ideas?

Yesterday, my site started showing a completely blank white screen. It was up on Sunday, then Monday, nothing. I checked with my host (shared hosting) and they were doing an unscheduled server and database upgrade on Monday. As of now, they have found no solution. I have two sites hosted with them on the same server and both are doing the same thing.
I have tried using the diagnostics tool, but it does not show any file errors. Just shows the reqisterd globals is on.
Has anyone else experienced this? My site is www.curvesahead.net .
Any help would be appreciated. I was planning on moving hosts anyway to a more JOOMLA friendly environment and I think this was the last straw!! - Last Edit: 17 years 3 months ago by curvesahead.

- I do have a back up that is about a week old...but trying to get tech support to help out at all is another issue.

UPDATE: Somehow whatever upgrade GLOBAT did to the server conflicts with the SEF Urls. I had to remove the 404SEF component and disable SEF URLs from the Global Configuration.
Will update further if I find the reason for the conflict. After checking the message boards, I am not the only one this has effected.
