SOLVED Roksprocket Module not working

I am trying to create a new Roksprocket however, when I attempt to create a new one, I am unable to choose any of the options. It appears as if nothing on the page is even working.

Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you.

Could your try clearing your browser cache please. I tested roksprocket and was able to create one without any issues (see screenshot).
What browser are you using please and on what device?
