how can i delete all my files from joomla admin and start with a clean install? pref medimogul this is such a pain in the ass process!every tuturial i view that tells me to use a product ie adobe fire dosent look the same in the tuterial (guess i have the new ver)!and when i try to certai rt files i get "Fatal error: Call to a member function getTagName() on a non-object in /home/soulofbu/public_html/administrator/components/com_installer/installer.class.php on line 167"" Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package"my site provider couldnt even upload certain rt files to joomla because of missing files!! and as for the logo its been a nightmare the new adobe dosnt work like the old one in the tuterial so it works diffrent help!!! >

Did you install Joomla manually, or did you use a Fantasitco installation?
If Fantastico, log in to your web host account manager and run the Fantastico Joomla uninstall routine.
If a manual installation (typical), delete all the Joomla related folders and files in the folder that you installed Joomla into and also delete the sql database associated with your Joomla installation.

I don't fully understand your problem(s) as you describe them.
Could you provide a link if applicable and provide more details regarding your problem(s) please.
The latest version of Fireworks is CS3 and I believe that the newer tutorials are made using that version (latest). - The member formerly known as Roland Deschain

- im not sure my server techs did it for me using joomla and siteground templets.ill check and try to do what you instructed.thanks 4 your help and any link you could refer me to concerninig how to change templets using html/css thanx
