Why Won't IE Show The Video

I'm using the great Sporticus Theme and am having some issues:
FIRST:
My site melnickandgrecofantasysports.com has 53 of validate issues and I'm not quite sure how to handle the clean up...
Some of them seem wrong, but not familiar enough with the templates to figure these out

SECOND:
I can't seem to get any video to show up in IE.. But it's showing up in FIREFOX
WHY is this happening...
