- how do I edit the CSS using the web development tool? Also, is there a colour code that I can refer to? I'm not very good a recognizing colour just by numbers, such as #333

The Firefox ColorZilla extension is very handy when messing about with colors. It happily resides on the left side of my Firefox Status bar where I use it often! You can RIGHT click the Colozilla icon on the status bar and choose many options, including the Pallete Browser.
To edit css using the Web Developer Extension, ensure that the toolbar is enabled - Firfox top menu/ View/ Toolbars/ Web Developer Toolbar.
Now on the toolbar hover over the CSS button and from menu that appears choose Edit CSS.
The CSS Edit window will appear (you can move it where you want) where you can Live Edit css - these changes will NOT "stick" of course, if you like the changes you can copy and paste the code and upload it however.

by the way, just completed (well almost)my first site using rocket theme template. No messing around withCSS, just using the normal template which is really nice anyway.

- I'm quite pleased with it. it's simple but very effective for a band I think. And what I found also is that many people find it difficult navigating Web sites. So what I try and do is make sites as simple as possible to navigate. It's all very well having a website that has links here there and everywhere, some people just can't handle that and get lost after a couple of minutes and then probably give up. Put it this way, my mother has problems using Google, say no more! :-\
