- To put thing in perspetive IE6 was launched in August of 2001, at least use IE7 people! It can hardly be classified as a modern browser.

Therefore I suggest you put up an JavaScript code that display a popup when I user with IE6 visit, and gently ask him to update his browser before he is allowed to view the site.

Janurary 2008 Browser Stats:
IE7 = 21.2%
IE6 = 32.0%
IE5 = 1.5%
Fx = 37.2%
Moz = 1.3%
S = 1.9%
O = 1.4%
Now lets take the No Javascript percentage: 6%
With this formula:
[Removed, formula calculated wrong] - Don't know if 2.7 is right now... If I get time I will figure it out again...

So would I be reading too much into this if I assume this one must be one bad mamma jamma with new bells and whistles, given IE6 has been around with each previous template release and the issues are quite well known?
