Hmmm.. I've never had this option in my Joomla sites. Could you please tell me how to enable font resizing in Joomla.
What template are you using? - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.

Ahhh.. that's a template feature, best asked in subforum dedicated to the template you used.
I'm yet to use this template, so have no idea how to turn it off. It's quite likely just a matter of changing a value at the top if index.php - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
