So far I've tried manual install of rocketlauncher based on the tutorial. I get either 404 errors or "line missing error". I have deleted the Rocket Launcher folder for the template 3 times. Downloaded a fresh copy just in case and reuploaded it to the /public_html directory, and still the same error when trying to access the install page.
I've also installed joomla 1.5 manually and attempted to use various templates (including the one that I joined this club for, Media Mogul). Each template appears FLUSHED far right off of the page. I've included my link in each post and have not received an answer to date from anyone. Your company should at least provide a support ticket system or some type of warning to let people know that your templates do not always work on all servers. Joomla installs fine and in fact my hosting company provides a link to auto install it via Fantastico. I did not use Fantastico.
I am not pleased so far with the services here and don't understand why there aren't more moderators to assist customers who have not been able to utilize the service/product paid for. This is definitely not good business and I'm feeling though I have been ripped off.

As the package if quite big, it happens that all files are not correctly uploaded depending on the FTP software you use. Try another software. This is not a template or Rockettheme problem.

As I mentioned also, I've used a normal install without rocket launcher and your templates still do not work. I've used 3 different ftp clients including the one recommended in your tutorials (from Firefox). Your templates still do not appear on the page correctly (FLUSHED right and off of the page).
This is with each template.
This is not a problem with the hosting company nor with anything that I've done, as I've followed each instruction from Joomla and this site on the installation process.
This is very disappointing and definitely still a rip off if the themes cannot work for me a paid customer.

Can you add the template back to your demo site?
Does this move to the right happen in ALL browsers?

Sounds like a missing file(s) to me.
Have you looked at your web server access logs for 404 messages?
What web server are you using?
Really need to see sample again so we can run firebug on it with firefox.

I've tried free templates and they load fine when I manually install joomla or even using fantastico. I've tried all 3 procedures in order to test what could be the problem. I am onlly experiencing problems with rocket themes and with rocket launcher.
I posted in under various topics because there are topics relating to each. By the way I posted earlier in the week and got no response at all.

So if you load this template(s) using the admin tool in Joomla they work fine?
Your access log can be a big help in trouble shooting looking for 404 errors etc.

Actually no the templates don't load fine under the regular circumstances. The templates appear flushed far right (off the page, mods, content section, etc).
This is after installing joomla manually. All other templates including the templates that come with joomla and free templates from other sites all install fine even 1.0. templates.
