    • Hi guys. Hope someone can help with this. I have IXwebhosting, and I have a microsoft server. I am having a problem getting rocket launcher to work.

      1. I have an easyapp program that installs joomla. So Joomla works with Windows

      2. I made the subdirectories,did not set any permissions as there are none with windows.

      3. Then I uploaded the files. When I got to run the program it says restricted access. I have a few questions.

      1. do I enter my url as tennis.mysite.com or as www.mysite.com/tennis  ; On the ftp it shows up tennis.mysite.com

      2.what is the actual file that is being ran for install.

      thats it for now. Hope someone can help me.

    • Okay here is the latest.

      1. downloaded rocketlaunch 1.5 pack for hyperion
      2. changed name to test
      3. had a subdomain set up named blah
      4. uploaded blah to subdomain blah.mysite.com
      5. then typed in url blah.mysite.com/test

      this then went to the following: blah.mysite.com/test/installation/index.php

      This doesnt look like the rocklaunch setup page on the video. This looks like a standard setup.

      So after I got all the way thru that, here was my error code:

      Can anyone help with that!!!!

    • fixed the problem. with ix hosting you need to check that your database user permissions are set to full. I did not grant me all permission when I created it. The error above is an error for not having the right permission. Just thought I would give you that info.
