I think Joe's post "Need Help? Read This First" is fabulous! Just wanted to mention I feel it would be a great asset for all users if the same type of post could be written for the regular RT template section.

Yes that one is excellent! First time I've seen it. Yours on Getting Started / folder / section / category and article structure is good too. Actually, there are several that are good... have read many of Ben's that are excellent as well as other members, and the rest of the RT team.
Getting off the path of my original post, but, maybe the good ones should be organized and put somewhere like "Top Tips" or "Getting Started." I'm just thinking somewhere more obvious to help new users to RT and to Joomla! -
