where can I edit the contact us form?

- Does anyone know where I can edit the contact us form, name address and etc.. and link it to the top menu?, I can link it to a drop down from the top menu but I don't want the drop down, cause currently the text is linked to another page I'd like to link it to the contact form

- Thanks but I'm using Joomla! 1.0.15 Stable and my menu is different, also I'm trying to configure a contact form so people can send email the site I can see publish a contact form that's there already but I don't where to edit the name,address or anything and it doesn't seem to be working, I've tried to create a new account and that works fine I get the email that someone has created an account but the contact form doesn't seem to be working for some reason, Thanks for your response, I guess I'll keep looking
