OK - just checked you out and you DO have a Joomla Club membership (for the benefit of anyone else reading over our shoulders really).
I really don't know why you're getting the tgz.gz file - I've just double checked and the file I get served is a straight tgz file. Perhaps Vista is doing something strange with the file???
Any other Vista users encountering something similar?

I've only seen that issue with people using Chrome. Yet another reason to not use a beta browser

Aha!! Problem solved.... turns out the browser I was using ...Google Chrome...somehow downloaded the file incorrectly and added a .gz behind .tgz. I used IE to download and got .tgz correctly, and it uncompressed correctly.
Thank you for all your help!! It is indeed rare to be able to get help so quickly!! This makes me wanting to extend my membership when it comes due soon, even though I don't download templates often!
