loading flash modules and double page loading

Hi there,
First of all i would like to say that i am prety happy to be a member of the rockettheme club. I think you guys are making an excellent work!
I would like to share a problem with you guys that i have come across.
Whenever i want to use a flash component to load it in my joomla page i use the HTML1.5 module. The thing is that in every module i get to put the flash test script
<script type="text/javascript" src="/flash.js"></script>
I think that this causes my pages loading twice. I came to that conclusion after i removed all the other modules from my front page and left 1 flash module.
- Is there a way to put the flash.js script in the <head> and not to have to put it everytime i insert a javascript mod?
- In which page should i add it in order to affect all of my joomla installation?

Sorry for my late responce but i get to go away on weekends.
I am not using any joomla component. I have a custom flash made flv h264 player and i load it using the HTML 1.5 module and javascript.

Ok i managed to edit the html template and added the <script type="text/javascript" src="/flash.js"></script> line in the head area of the template.
Now all the flash components are fuctional without having to add that line in every flash component i add. But i still get the double page loading.
i have stripped my front page and i have left only 1 flash module but it seems that i still get the double page loading.
This has a bad effect on the IE only and not in Firefox or any other browser.
