Ok I have no idea what has happened but I have the following showing on every one of my pages now
"La librairie GD n'est pas activée sur votre serveur. "
And I cant find where its come from or how it got there.
And chance someone can take a look and point me in the right direction ?

Well, it's French for 'GD library is not enabled on your server.'
You may want to check joomla.org for a solution, a quick search got this thread, amongst others:

Problem resoved......
Needed to upgrade the PHP4.x to PHP5.x once this was done on the server every thing came right. Though I should let everyone know here since here have been a few views on this thread....
