    rokmoomenu.js error in IE7

Posted 16 years 3 months ago
    • Visit www.dasouth.com/index.php

Hover over the menu with your mouse in IE7 on a XP machine and you should get an error. When I debug it, it shows that it is related to the rokmoomenu.js file in some kind of way.

      Any ideas?

      Thanks in advance.

    • Hmmm.... weird... yes, this is a new error. I don't use IE, so I'm not exactly sure when it happened. But a few weeks ago it wasn't happening. So, there's no telling. Thanks for looking into it though!

    • Heya mate - wow, very nice, very professional site!

I've noticed that you're using JCEUtilities. This can cause problems because of conflicts between mootools and JQuery. The conflict can be resolved - but it's a pain. The path of least resistance is to ask yourself if you REALLY need JCEUtilities.

    • I discovered the issue. The Gavick News Highligter module has options to force the use of mootools, automatic, or to disable it. I had it set to force enabled, and that was the conflicting problem. I have set it to automatic and all is well.

Lastly, I discovered on of my other problems too, which was with the all videos plugin. It seems that they have a script that calls a function that has a "}" commented out by accident.
