Hello All,
I am working on the versatility template for a professional business. The template is giving me some strange pages (like below) Would anybody know where the problems is coming from, or would anybody be interrested to work on this job and bill me? I will happily pay a fair amount for this job.

I too am having this same problem.
Due to this I had to change templates as my site was due to launch the same week that I discovered this error.
Unfortunately my RT membership came up for renewal at the same week so I did not renew
If I can resolve this issue then I may renew my membership.
If anyone can assist me in fixing this issue then it would be most appreciated
I tried following the posted link but am not authorised to view it.
I am begrudged to renew my membership just to resolve this issue only to find out that It is not fixable

I presume that you have ignored my post because I am not currently a member.
I did buy a membership and was a member at the time of downloading the template.
To say that support will not be provided to me on a product that I paid for is unreasonable, especially when you have an answer to the problem that you will provide to others.
I am trying not to get angry but this has upset me.

Sorry if you have been upset by my behavior. Let me try to explain. First, Andy has clearly stated not to post any specific template question in General Discussion forum
Click Here
That's why we always keep to move all specific template questions to specific forum and answer there.
There's also another reason why we don't want to answer the specific template question here. You know not all people are honest and there are many warez site outside there who stole RocketTheme templates. They might be able to use our template, but they will NOT get our support.
General Discussion forum is visible not only by registered member but also by public. If we answer all specific template question here, not only paid registered member can see, but those thieves also can see and get our support for free. Do you think this will be fair for you?
I hope this can clear our misunderstanding, and anyway I have sent you a PM to the solution. I can't guarantee it will be working with you, but some similar problems were solved with this.

My aplologies to the world for the manner in which my last posts reads - Only having re-read it do I realise how rude i sounded!
Sorry if this upset anyone.
Now to the issue:-
Arifin FinLy kindly sent me a PM with a suggestion by editing code but I have since found a workaround/fix that involves no code editing - I have sent this workaround to Arifin FinLy by PM by return and I would suggest that anyone else with this issue PM either myself or Arifin FinLy for it.
