Why is my site so badly described by google?

Dear all,
My website ( http://www.ilsontdit.ch ) is very badly described by google. However, the meta-descriptions under global configuration are set since the site is online... I really don't understand...

How long has the site been up and working where Google could index it? It can take quite awhile.
A suggestion also would be to make sure your titles are more descriptive, I have found if you place some like as an example Red Beach Ball for Sale T Bob's Sporting goods. Insted of a one word title.

Getting a high ranking on Goggle has become more complicated over time. However, may I suggest doing a search on obtaining good ratings. There are many excellent tutorials out there that will give you steps to follow for better results. Unfortunately, there is not one answer, it takes a combination of many things.
