SOLVED WYSIWYG Editor not working with new template

I converted from Populus 1.0 to Hyperion 1.0 and I am running Joomla 1.0.15. WYSIWYG Editor worked great for the last year while i was running the Populus template. Now I have the Hyperion.
When WYSIWYG Editor is selected to NoWYSIWYG Editor everything works fine.
When WYSIWYG Editor is selected to TinyWYSIWYG Editor and I create a new module there are errors on the page, and i can't type anything in the text section, I can not close the module and I am foced to close out the admin page. Then when I log back in I have to do a global checkin to unlock that module.
If i leave the WYSIWYG Editor to - select editor - (global setting is set to NoWYSIWYG Editor)everything works fine as well.
I searched and could not find a solution.

How about using JCE editor:

1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug
