Need help customizing templates

Hello -
OK, my brain hurts from trying to figure this out. Frankly, I was hoping that it would be a bit easier to just pop in a new logo graphic, rename a few categories and get going. I love the Rocket Themes and can see all the possibilities, but the learning curve is killing me. After two days of doing nothing but reading manuals, watching online tutorials, etc. I am not significantly closer to having a new site. I am flat out frustrated. :'(
Does anyone here do this for a living? Is there someone I can hire to customize my templates? Please post your website or email me directly. I am actively seeking professional help.

I appreciate your "it's-not-that-bad" attitude.
My trouble is that I am trying to learn the ins and outs of Joomla itself as well as change up templates and figure out my site strategy all at the same time. I've decided that it is in my best interest to get someone to handle the template changes for me. (Thanks to everyone who replied on the forum and via personal message - I will be contacting you to get a quote.)
In order to get the quotes I need to nail down my strategy. Then while the template is being changed, by a professional, I can focus on learning to use Joomla.
After a couple days away from the issue that seems the wisest course of action.

Update:
I have officially gotten help. Dan with ToolboxCreations ( www.toolboxcreations.com/ ) is helping me. I will post again when we are done with the project and let everyone see what we created.
Also, I did get quotes on www.joomlancers.com but liked Dan and his approach best. So I went with him. So far I am VERY impressed with him.
