Just the html

    • I was wondering if you ever just give out a html page of the template.

The reason I am asking is my subscription states I have 4 entitlements so I believe that I can use the templates on four sites. Well one of my sites is not Joomla and it is in .net. So I want to convert the template from joomla to .net master page.

      Thanks,
      Geoff

    • I tried both of those solutions. I tried using the contact form and I was told the contact form is for pre-sales questions only. I tried searching using the search box with these terms,

      html
      no joomla
      convert template
      template

I will try the contact form again. Also can you enlighten me what search term I should be using to find the answer to my question.

      Thanks,
      Geoff

    • Hello Geoff,

How about right-click and "View Source" to see the html code? Then copy and paste it to the editor like dreamweaver. That way you can use it for plain html site.

    • And regarding to the entitlement, yes you can use it for "non" joomla site and it's counted as the entitlement, but we don't offer support for converting that.

    • Thank you, Arifin FinLy.

That is what I did initially but I figured I would ask while I am doing it to see if there was another possibility.

I do understand not supporting it and IMO these are great templates you have here and I think they will be a great fit for another website.

Also as a 2 time (6 time customer if you count the other 4 people I sent here to get a subscription) I would suggest for customer service relations not to answer too many questions like JEM did especially when there is a Moderator tag applied to the account. Does not reflect too kindly on RocketTheme in general. You never know what type of contacts the customer has to be able to help expand your sales just by word of mouth.

      Thanks,
      Geoff

      Moderator, not Team member.

What was asked relates more to the TOS than than whether or not it can actually be done....

Moderators usually don't answer questions about the TOS or licensing.

You're always best off asking those questions directly by contacting support and getting a reply from one of the team.
